On Wednesday a tribute ceremony will be held for Ilan Halimi, the French-Jewish citizen who was kidnapped and murdered in a Judeo-phobic attack in Paris. The memorial will mark 7 years since the incident. It will be held at the Givat Shaul cemetery in Jerusalem at 8:00 PM on February 13th.
