Western officials believe that Tehran scientists participated in a nuclear test held on Tuesday by North Korea. 

"Ma'ariv" reported on Wednesday that Iran is interested in learning about the development of nuclear weapons from North Korea and that the two countries share the common bond of being crippled by international sanctions due to their nuclear programs.
