The Jerusalem District Attorney brought charges on Monday against two Beitar Jerusalem fans - Shai Benichou, 27, from Jerusalem, and another fan (minor) -  for racist comments made outside Teddy stadium Teddy during the game Sunday between Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Bnei Sakhnin.

According to the indictment, at around 21:30, while the football game was still underway, the defendants screamed racists chants such as "Muhammad is not a prophet, he is just another Arab."
