About 70 fans were ejected from Sunday night's Premier League soccer match between Beitar Jerusalem and Bani Sakhnin because of racist chants. Fifteen more were arrested before the game. Extra security was assigned to Jerusalem's Teddy Stadium because of recent racist behavior of Beitar fans over the signing of two Chechen Muslims to the team. One of them received a mixed greeting of cheers and boos when he entered the game.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw.
