Experts from the United Nations are investigating claims by the government of Yemen that Iran supplied rockets and explosives to terrorists. The weapons were found on a ship that was captured last month. Yemen's claims were brought up at a special meeting of the Security Council, where a special envoy called on the U.N. to put an end to activity that is blocking the country's transition to democracy.
