FM Danny Ayalon explains on his facebook page that President Obama’s upcoming visit aims to restore the status of the US as a world power with great influence on the region. “A summit between the PM, the President and Mahmoud Abbas which might also include Jordanian King Abdallah is currently being arranged. Obama will also coordinate future responses to the Iranian nuclear program and the imminent replacement of President Assad.”
