Hamas Politburo Chairman Khaled Mashaal told the BBC of current negotiations with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas over the establishment of a national unity government and the end of the Fatah-Hamas dispute.
Mashaal added that preparations for Presidential and parliamentary elections were under way, as were reconciliation talks.
