MK Aryeh Deri Defends Sara Netanyahu

Member of Knesset Aryeh Deri (Shas Party) defended Sara Netanyahu, the wife of Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu on Wednesday. He said that the families of elected officials should be outside public discourse and media scrutiny.

MK Deri also said that Mrs. Netanyahu was "the daughter of a Bible scholar, and established a weekly Bible class at the family home."
