Yesha Council: Let MK Slomiansky be a Minister

Yesha Council members Sarah Elias on Tuesday called on the Bayit Yehudi (Jewish Home) party to work to ensure that MK Nissan Slomiansky is appointed as a minister if the party joins the coalition.

Elias told Arutz Sheva that Slomiansky, who served as an MK for the National Religious Party in the past and came back to the Knesset, won the most votes in the Bayit Yehudi primaries after party chairman Naftali Bennett. This, she said, is an indication from the public that it wants to see Slomiansky hold a senior position in the new government.
