Islamic leaders meeting in Cairo plan to use the occasion to urge Syria's President Bashar al-Assad to end the civil war engulfing his country and engage in "serious dialogue" with the opposition, Lebanon's pan-Arab Mayadeen Television reported on Tuesday.
