Likud-Beytenu Meets with UTJ: No Answers Yet

Representatives from Likud-Beytenu met on Monday with United Torah Judaism representatives MKs Moshe Gafni, Ya'akov Litzman and Meir Porush. The sides discussed the issues of the agenda. United Torah Judaism voiced concern over the security and socio-economic situation in Israel.

The parties also discussed the question of equal burden. United Torah Judaism clarified its position and stressed the need to strengthen the Torah world while at the same time pursuing the equality of all citizens of Israel, including the Arab citizens. The parties agreed to meet again soon in order to advance negotiations.
