Israel is trying to “destabilize” Syria, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad accused Sunday, according to the state news agency SANA. Assad’s accusation followed an airstrike in Syria which Syria and Lebanon have blamed on Israel. The target of the strike appears to have been a convoy carrying missiles to Lebanon.
