Israel Bank Governor Stanley Fischer held a press conference Wednesday morning in the Bank of Israel, following his dramatic announcement to resign his position after 8 years of service.

Fischer announced at the opening of the press conference, “We maintained financial stability. I leave a central bank in good condition.”
