The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) called Palestinian Authority Arabs on Tuesday to start a “popular struggle” in order to fight what it termed the Israeli policy of “racial cleansing and settlement expansion” in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria.
In a statement published after a meeting headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, the PLO Executive Committee emphasized the need to develop new patterns of popular struggles in all areas of the PA-assigned area of Judea and Samaria with the full support of the PA’s institutions.
