Fans of the Maccabi Umm el-Fahm football (soccer) team were heard chanting, “Allahu Akbar,” and “With our spirit and our blood we will free Palestine” during a match Tuesday night with Beitar Jerusalem. Police arrested some fans and removed others from the area.

There is a heavy police presence at the game as officers try to prevent tension from turning into riots or incitement to racism.
