Israel summoned the Argentine ambassador Tuesday to discuss Argentina’s agreement with Iran to create an independent commission to look into the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires.

The agreement, signed Sunday, will set up a Commission of Truth with five judges approved by both Argentina and Iran. Argentinian officials will be allowed to question suspects only in Tehran.
