The rain will retreat to the north and the Mediterranean coast on Wednesday, accompanied by a chance of isolated thunderstorms. During the evening, the rain will strengthen and spread to the Negev, and it will snow over Mount Hermon through Thursday, when most of the rest of the country can expect frequent showers, accompanied by scattered thunderstorms and strong winds. A risk of flash floods is forecast for the east and the south, and temperatures will drop below normal. On Friday, local rain from the north to the northern Negev will weaken gradually during the day.
