Bnei-Tzion Hospital in Haifa asked, Sunday afternoon, that people go to its emergency room only in urgent cases because of a heavy patient load.

Rambam Hospital reported occupancy of 120 percent in the in-patient wards and 35 additional patients waiting to be admitted.
