Cabinet OKs Begin Plan for Bedouin Settlement in Negev

The cabinet approved, Sunday afternoon, changes proposed by Minister Benny Begin for regulations on Bedouin settlements in the Negev. The changes will put tens of thousands of dunams in Bedouin hands.
