Dozens of people planted trees Sunday on Har Elisha, near the town of Ofra in the Binyamin region. They also laid a cornerstone for a new Jewish town in the area.
The town does not have approval from the government, which has not approved new communities in Judea, Samaria or Binyamin for several years.
