Dozens of people demonstrated against the government of Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi , Friday morning, at Tahrir Square in Cairo, ahead of a central gathering scheduled after Friday prayers.

The Egyptian Health Ministry announced that 16 demonstrators were injured during clashes with security services.
