Ephraim Eliyahu, 33, of Tiberias , who was reported missing since Wednesday morning, was found, Thursday afternoon, in a Tiberias hotel.

Someone who had heard or seen missing-persons announcements identified Eliyahu, who was reunited, safe and sound, with his family.
