State Prosecutor Moshe Lador decided on Wednesday to indict Aviva Weinstein, wife of Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, for illegally employing a foreign worker.

Eight months ago it was reported that the Department of Immigration and Population believes there is cause to prosecute Weinstein’s wife in the case.
