Haredim Across the Country Protest the Elections

Cases of haredim protesting Tuesday's elections have been reported throughout the country.

A haredi man entered the polling station on Rabbi Meir Ba'al HaNess street in Beit Shemesh and flipped over the polling table in protest. Police arrived at the scene and detained the man for questioning.

Reports from Kikar HaShabbat and Beit Shemesh claim dozens of haredim demonstrated against the elections. Yet no arrests or incidences of violence were reported.
