The Hatenu'ah party filed a complaint with the police, Sunday evening, asking for an investigation into the sending of SMS messages calling on the public at large to harass party leader Tzipi Livni. The messages included her cellular telephone number.
Member of Knesset Yoel Hasson, who heads Hatenu'ah's response team, called the campaign "another ugly and despicable act on the part of cowardly elements who are busy all the time with a false and cowardly campaign against Tzipi Livni. Them in. I call on all those political cowards who purport to present a new politics and use dirty politics of lies to gather votes, to come out of their holes and stand behind their publications."
