Charges were brought against two additional suspects in the Bolivian drug smuggling case. The District Court of Tel Aviv indicted John Martinez, a Colombian citizen, and Adi Oren, 33, from Tel - Aviv, for importing, consumption and possession of dangerous drugs and for the intention to commit a crime.

According to the indictment, Oren and Martinez conspired, with the help of others, to import cocaine into Israel. On December 31, Martinez entered Israel Martinez carrying liquid cocaine on his body. Martinez then turned the liquid into powder with the intent to sell the illegal drug. 

The next day the two were stopped by authorities and were carrying 500 grams of cocaine.
