U.S.: Iran has Developed its Cyber Warfare Capabilities

General William Shelton, who heads the Space Command of the United States Air Force, said, Thursday, that Iran's developing ability to launch cyber attacks will make it "a force to be reckoned with, according to a Friday-morning report by Bloomberg.

Speaking to reporters, General Shelton said that the 2010 Stuxnet-virus attack on the Islamic Republic's Natanz facility, suspected of being the site where its nuclear weapons are being developed, "generated a reaction by them." He said Iran's cyber warriors pose a risk because of "potential capabilities that they will develop over the years and the potential threat that will represent..."
