24 people were killed and 11 injured when a building in Alexandria, Egypt collapsed Wednesday morning. Egyptian Deputy Health Minister Muhammad es-Sarkavi said the cause of the collapse was yet unknown, and the toll may yet rise. (World Bulletin)
