New Facebook Search could Outshine Google

Facebook has launched a unique search engine that allows for complicated searches throughout all facebook content, yielding results unavailable to Google users.

You can search for specific information, like friends who live in a certain city or like a certain movie or both. For example, you can search for people in ‘Shanghai’ or those who like a particular play, or both. It even allows for complicated searches like ‘shows liked by people who are directors’ and ‘friends of friends who have been to Kruger National Park’.

No results found defaults to Bing, following a deal signed with Microsoft. (Hindustan Times)
