Hamas al-Qassam Brigades Spokesman Abu Oubeida has announced that Hamas will not accept the Fatah demand to dismantle the brigades as part of the reconciliation between them.
According to the Hamas website Abu Oubeida made a facebook statement by which the dismantlement will never be an option.
