Patients requiring chemotherapy often spend countless hours exposed to bacteria in public hospitals, despite their sensitive immune systems, just waiting for lengthy uncomfortable treatment. Modeled after the US, two oncological clinics have recently opened in Ashdod and Ramat Gan, providing patients with a discrete, efficient and friendly environment with treatment covered by health insurance, to ease the recovery.
