In response to Culture Minister Limor Livnat’s description of extensive government cultural contributions to the periphery, The Jewish Home explains that “The main difference between our demands for cultural reforms and the current situation, is that the government exported Tel Aviv culture to the periphery, and we want the promotion of peripheral culture to the point where it is exported to Tel Aviv.”
