Charges will be filed against a father arrested for attacking a teacher at the Hashachar school in Kfar Sava, northeast of Tel Aviv. The attack took place after the teacher confiscated the cellular phone of the man's son.

The man expressed regret for his actions but said the teacher consistently gave his son a hard time.
