Israeli soldiers arrested on Sunday night a Palestinian Authority Arab man who had opened fire at a security guard in Kibbutz Migdal Oz in Gush Etzion.

Local residents who heard the shooting called the security forces who searched the area, found the man who was carrying an improvised weapon, and arrested him. There were no casualties in the incident.
