Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, Sunday, that the 4.2-percent budget deficit that developed over the past year was "more or less expected."

Speaking during a visit to the north, Netanyahu said, "We expected 3.9 percent and that's a difference of .3 percent. I don't think that it will have a significant impact on the citizens of Israel."
