According to the government-affiliated Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram, Egyptian security officials at the Taba Border Crossing claimed that Israeli authorities have handed over 20-year-old Egyptian citizen, Jihad Mukhsan, who completed a 28-month prison sentence in Israel for drug-related charges.

Mukhsan was arrested in Tel Aviv after he was caught selling drugs.
