Death Toll in Pakistan Bombings Rises to 115

The death toll from a series of Thursday bombings in Pakistan rose to 115 on Friday, including 81 who died in twin blasts in the southwestern city of Quetta, according to the Associated Press, which says 120 others were wounded when radical Sunnis sent a suicide bomber into a billiards hall frequented by the Shi'ite minority and detonated a car bomb outside five minutes later as authorities responded to the first blast. An earlier bombing in Quetta killed 12 and wounded more than 40.

A bomb in a Sunni mosque in Mingora killed 22 and wounded more than 70.
