About 20 masked terrorists who were released from Israeli and Palestinian Authority (PA) custody marched and fired shots in the air in the Balata section of the Samarian (Shomron) PA-assigned city of Shechem, Thursday.  A PA source said they were unemployed. Members of the PA security services did not enter the neighborhood so as not to clash with the demonstrators.
