Tzohar Org. Head Announces Candidacy for Chief Rabbi

Rabbi David Stav, head of the Tzohar Organization whose goal is to make religious services such as weddings and circumcision user-friendly to the secular, announced his candidacy for Chief Rabbi in the elections in June. He said: "We would like what we have done for 17 years  to become the norm in the entire country".
