Nadal Tubasi, an Israeli of Arabic heritage living in Jerusalem was indicted for kidnapping and blackmail by a Jerusalem District Court on Wednesday. He was accused of participating in kidnapping Sudanese and Eritrean migrant workers at the border of Egypt and Israel for random.
