The flooding has affected all Israelis, both of Jewish and Arabic background. In the Arabic-speaking communities of Taybeh and Baqa al Gharbia, Israeli Air Force rescue units helped residents whose homes were flooded. Rain is expected to continue Wednesday night and Thursday.
