It was the mountain of blessing in Biblical days. On Wednesday it was a mountain of snow. Har Bracha, located adjacent to Har Gerizim in the Samaria region has been covered in snow. Roads have been blocked. The Samaria Regional Council is sending out snow plows to clear the streets.
