The Supreme Court has ruled that failure to pay a minimum-wage salary on time is a violation of two laws: both the law against delayed salary payment, and the law requiring employers to pay at least minimum wage.

The ruling was issued in a case against a company accused of having failed to three employees’ minimum-wage salaries for several months.
