The Hadoar Junction between Modi'in and the Talmonim bloc of Binyamin-region Jewish communities was closed to traffic, Tuesday morning, due to flooding. Wadi Zarqa was closed to traffic between Nachliel and Neve Tzuf due to a landslide.

Schools are open in the bloc but there is no transportation outside the bloc.
