Yair Shamir, number four on the Likud-Beytenu list, apologized for his recent negative remarks against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, calling the PM a "zigzagger."

"My words were misunderstood. I respect the Prime Minister and I have no doubt that the Likud-Beytenu list, with him at the head, will form the next government," Shamir said.
