It will be clear to partly cloudy on Friday, with seasonal temperatures and rain beginning in the north and along the Mediterranean coast. Temperatures will drop significantly on Shabbat with snow expected on Mount Hermon through Monday, and occasional showers, isolated thunderstorms and strong winds in the rest of the north and the center of the country. There's a risk of flooding in the Jordan Valley and the Judean Desert, and isolated rain is expected in the northern Negev. The occasional showers will continue in the north and along the coast on Sunday, accompanied by isolated thunderstorms and a risk of flooding in the northern coastal plain. The winds will strengthen and the south can expect haze and sandstorms. The extremely strong winds will continue on Monday and rain is expected throughout most of the country, accompanied by a risk of flooding and flash flooding in all low-lying areas. Temperatures will remain below average.
