A Palestinian-Arab was arrested Wednesday evening at the Atarot checkpoint north of Jerusalem, after a security search revealed a knife on his body.

During the initial investigation, the Palestinian-Arab confessed that he planned to carry out a stabbing attack against an IDF soldier.
