Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu took part Wednesday in a ceremony celebrating the completion of the fence along Israel’s southern border. He noted that the fence has successfully halted the mass illegal entry that became a large-scale phenomenon in recent years.

“Just we stopped illegal entry to Israeli cities, so too we will succeed in our next mission – returning tens of thousands of illegal entrants in Israel to their homelands,” Netanyahu declared. “We have already started this process,” he added.
