Sources Claim Netanyahu Set to Replace Finance Minister

Channel 10 reported that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has said in private conversations that Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz will not remain at his post in the next government.

Sources claim that Netanyahu intends to replace Steinitz with another Likud MK such as Gideon Sa'ar or Gilad Erdan. Netanyahu decided on a replacement, partly because Steinitz did not enjoy broad support among the public. However it is known that the finance minister has had a tremendous influence on the Prime Minister, so the decision is not yet final.
