A resident of the Israeli Arab city of Kafr Qassem crossed the border between Israel and Syria in the Golan Heights on Saturday, reports on Sunday evening indicated.

After IDF soldiers identified the man, they reported the incident to the UN headquarters in the Golan. The man was later caught in Syria and it is believed he is mentally disturbed.
